As a key member of the business development team, I was engaged in the evolutionary path of the company. MET Group started as a subsidiary of the large integrated oil company MOL and became an independent international multi-commodity trading house with a turnover of 41.5 billion EUR in 2022.
MET Group is today among the top Swiss companies.
• consultant and delivery manager for the group CEO and the shareholders of MET Group,
• advising and coordinating the new operational and tax structure with the headquarter in Switzerland by designing key features of the service relations and financing structures,
• design the share-based management incentive system serving as the basis of the management buy-out at a later stage of the development,
• advising on and launching the new investment strategy of MET Group,
• analyzing and setting up the green field and brown field operations, due diligence, joint venture partnerships,
• onboarding new teams as a market rollout in new countries on behalf of the Group CEO,

MOL Group is a publicly traded integrated oil and gas company in Central Europe with more than 26 billion EUR revenue in 2022. I was engaged in new business development projects to relaunch MOL's activity in supply and trading of various commodities such as natural gas, LNG, oil supplies. Analysing feasibilities and cooperation along the supply chain and infrastructure was the main goal of the team I was part of.
